When I came on this job you didn't need a degree or even one to get promoted but that changed in 1997. I thought this program was only for Police officers but as Mike Shields pointed out the $22,000 of the police pension money is used to put the executive director's secretary through law school a total of 88,000 over 4 yrs.

Well I guess she is really good on her knee's with her snaggly tooth mouth open. Oh the horror of it!!! More of our money going to waste. Did you see the pic of this girl??? Ya i want her representing me as an attorney NOT!! Straight out of the trailer park!
