All charges have been dropped against Carl Suchocki & Tom Sherry accused of robbing people while working in SOS. They couldn't place Carl or Tom at the scenes of the crimes for which they were accused . Weis did state that he did not know if federal investigators were continuing to look into the officers conduct nor would he comment if he would welcome the officers back to the cpd.
I have been told that the state never had a soild case against these guys and that everyone involved will have the charges dropped.
We will see.
